Adaptive Placement Modes

• Three placement options: active cam + two passive chock configurations - making the Tricam Evo more versatile than older tricams which had only two options. 
• Its tapered head design and wider upper section of the head add extra stability in cammed placements and allow reliable placements even in solution pockets or irregular cracks where other protection fails. 

Improved Sling & Handling

• The sling has been refined: a stiffer webbing with a revised stitching pattern helps make one-handed placements and extractions easier, while still allowing the device to function as a cam when loaded. 
• Lightweight and compact construction - small sizes weigh as little as ~17 g - which helps keep your rack light while still packing versatile protection. 

Wide Size Range & Strength

• Sizes from 0.25 to 1.5 cover a broad crack width range (roughly 13.5 to 40 mm), offering protection in narrow seams, medium cracks, and larger placements - useful across many types of rock terrain. 
• Breaking strength varies by size: from ~5 kN on the smallest to ~14 kN on the largest - enough for both protection placements and anchor points when properly used.
