You can order from action-section.com as a guest or as a registered user.

To register, you must choose a unique username and password, as well as provide a delivery address, first and last name, email address, and contact phone number(s), after which your data will be stored in our system. After successful registration and storage of your data in the system, with each new order you will have the opportunity to change the delivery address and your personal data, as well as to specify your representative to accept the order - if necessary. By checking the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions," you are making an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, confirming that you are familiar with and accept these terms and conditions.

The personal data you provide to action-section.com will be used solely and exclusively in connection with your customer service – for processing and delivering your order, contacting you, and providing information about our products in the form of an informational/promotional newsletter (short text message - SMS, or email - email), you can cancel your subscription at any time. We guarantee that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those mentioned above.

You can order from action-section.com 24 hours a day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You will be notified by email when your order has been received and confirmed. Our operator will contact you only if there is a problem with your order.

The shopping system reflects the availability of items at the time of checking. Given the dynamics of stock turnover, it is possible that certain items and accessories published and listed on the website as "available" at the time of ordering may be out of stock at the time of delivery and cannot be delivered. In all cases, action-section.com confirms the possibility/impossibility of delivery of the goods ordered through the online system.

It is possible that the parameters (delivery time/method, etc.) of an order placed through the online system may be changed, in which case action-section.com undertakes to notify the User of the changes made to the e-mail and/or contact telephone number provided by them and/or by other appropriate means.

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the goods, you can return or exchange the unused goods under the following conditions:

- an official purchase document is provided – postal money order receipt, invoice, etc.

- The factory appearance of the goods has not been compromised

- The goods have not been used

- All factory labels are intact

- The goods must be in their original packaging

Possible problems with order execution:

- One or more of the items ordered is not available; in such circumstances, a representative of action-section.com will contact you as soon as possible;

- The delivery/payment address is incomplete or incorrect;

- Incorrect customer contact telephone number;

In the event of delivery problems due to action-section.com, we are responsible for all additional costs incurred. The customer covers any additional costs if they are responsible for their occurrence.

The final amount due is the sum of all individual products you have ordered, plus the delivery cost.

- The delivery cost for orders up to EUR 100.00 inclusive is according to the tariff of the courier company DPD.

- For orders with a total value of over EUR 100.00, delivery is free of charge.

During certain promotional periods, delivery may be free of charge for all orders.

The ordered goods are paid for by postal money order - upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier the full amount due.

1. If you wish to return one or more products that you have already paid for, please contact us to let us know.

2. Our representative will provide you with an address to which you can send them.

Once we receive them, we will contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to determine how you would like to be refunded. The options are as follows:

1. To your bank account.

2. By postal money order.
