I. General Terms and Conditions
1. The publication of a product on this website constitutes a public invitation to enter into a commercial transaction for the online purchase of items from Action Section EOOD.
2. The information published on the website regarding sizes and specifications is provided by the respective manufacturer of each product, and Action Section EOOD is not responsible for any differences or inaccuracies.
3. All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian levs and include VAT.
4. Action Section Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered at its own discretion, without prior notice. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of ordering the desired product.
5. The contract with the Customer is considered concluded after Action Section Ltd. accepts the purchase application filled out correctly by the Customer during the ordering process.
II. Rights and obligations of the seller
1. Action Section Ltd. undertakes:
- To confirm the availability of the ordered items or refuse the order within 5 working days.
- To deliver the goods ordered for purchase within the period specified in the delivery terms or inform the Customer of other circumstances regarding their order.
- To ensure that all products are brand new and unused, except in cases where the contrary is expressly stated in the presentation of the goods on the website.
- To Check each product for technical soundness before it is shipped.
- To Ensure that the products are properly packaged according to their type and mode of transport for delivery.
2. If the Customer has provided incorrect and/or incomplete information in their order on the website "www.action-section.com", Action Section Ltd. shall be released from its obligation to fulfill the order.
III. Customer rights and obligations
1. The customer undertakes:
- To provide their full name, accurate and valid telephone number, delivery address, and email address.
- To pay the price of the goods according to the terms described in the product information.
- To pay the delivery costs according to the terms described in the delivery information.
- To ensure access and availability for receipt of the goods.
2. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer or a third party shall sign the accompanying documents. A third party is considered to be anyone who is not the holder of the order but accepts the goods upon delivery and is at the address specified by the customer.
3. If the Customer cannot be found at the specified address within the delivery period or if access and conditions for delivery of the goods cannot be provided within this period, Action Section Ltd. shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
4. The Customer may confirm their desire to receive the goods after the delivery period has expired, during which they were not found at the address, by assuming all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period shall commence from the moment of confirmation.
5. The customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods ordered for purchase when they are delivered under one of the following conditions:
- The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to those ordered for purchase by the customer, and this can be established by a simple inspection.
- In case of a discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods delivered, which could not be established at the time of delivery.
- In case of a discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods delivered, the Customer has the right to request a replacement of the size or item specified in their original order.
6. The Customer has the right to return the items received within a period not exceeding 30 days without giving a reason and without owing a penalty if they meet the conditions described in the "Product Return" section.
IV. Registration
1. You can order from action-section.com as a guest or as a registered user.
2. To register, you must choose a unique username and password, as well as provide a delivery address, first and last name, email address, and contact phone number(s), after which your data will be stored in our system.
3. After successful registration and storage of your data in the system, with each new order you will have the opportunity to change the delivery address and your personal data, as well as to specify your representative to accept the order - if necessary.
4. By checking the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions," you are making an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, confirming that you are familiar with and accept these terms and conditions.
V. Ordering
1. You can place an order at action-section.com 24 hours a day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You will be notified by e-mail of the receipt and confirmation of your order. Our operator will contact you only if there is a complication with your order.
2. The shopping system reflects the availability of items at the time of checking. Given the dynamics of stock turnover, it is possible that certain items and accessories published and listed on the website as "available" at the time of ordering may be out of stock at the time of delivery and cannot be delivered. In all cases, action-section.com confirms the possibility/impossibility of delivery of the goods ordered through the online system.
3. It is possible that the parameters (delivery time/method, etc.) of an order placed through the online system may be changed, in which case action-section.com undertakes to notify the User of the changes made to the e-mail and/or contact telephone number provided by the User and/or by other appropriate means.
VI. Order Cancellation
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- An official proof of purchase is provided - a postal money order receipt, invoice, or cash register receipt.
- The goods have not been used.
- The factory appearance of the goods has not been damaged.
- The factory appearance of the original packaging of the goods has not been damaged.
- All factory labels are present and in good condition.
2. The costs of returning goods worth more than EUR 100.00 shall be borne by action-section.com.
VII. Data confidentiality
The personal data you provide to action-section.com will be used solely and exclusively in connection with your customer service – for processing and delivering your order, contacting you, and providing information about our products in the form of an informational/promotional newsletter (short text message - SMS, or email - email), you can unsubscribe at any time. We guarantee that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those mentioned above.
VIII. Problems with order fulfillment
1. Possible problems with order fulfillment:
- One or more of the items ordered is not available; in such circumstances, a representative of action-section.com will contact you as soon as possible.
- The delivery/payment address is incomplete or incorrect.
- Incorrect customer contact telephone number.
2. In case of delivery problems due to action-section.com, we are responsible for all additional costs incurred. The customer covers any additional costs if he is responsible for their occurrence.
IX. Order price
1. The final amount due is the sum of all individual products you have ordered, plus the delivery cost.
2. The delivery cost is determined as follows:
- For orders up to EUR 100.00, the delivery cost is according to the tariff of the courier company Speedy.
- For orders with a total value of over EUR 100.00, delivery is free of charge.
3. During certain promotional periods, delivery may be free for all orders.
X. Payment

1.1. The types of cards you can pay with are:
- Visa.
- Visa Electron.
- MasterCard.
- MasterCard Electronic.
- Maestro.
1.2. After clicking the "CONFIRM THE ORDER" button, a Paysera payment system page will open, where you enter your card details (number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, cardholder name).
1.3. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page for your issuing bank will open, where you enter your authentication password.
1.4. Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will be displayed on the screen, which you can print or save.
1.5. Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will only be accepted if it is registered for participation in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode online authentication schemes.
1.6. Please also check that your card has been activated by your issuer for online transactions.
2. Currency
The transaction currency for card payments is Euro (EUR).
PLEASE NOTE: When paying by card, additional fees may be charged by the card-issuing bank.
3. Refunds
If a refund is required for services or products purchased from us using a card, this will be done by us via a credit transaction on the card used to make the payment.
4. Security

XI. Procedure for returning goods
1. To return goods purchased from action-section.com, they must meet the following requirements:
- An official purchase document is available - invoice, or cash register receipt.
- The goods have not been used.
- The factory appearance of the goods has not been compromised.
- The factory appearance of the original packaging of the goods has not been compromised.
- All factory labels are present and in good condition.
2. If all the conditions in point 1 are met, please follow the instructions in the Product Return section.
